Redaktionsnotiz (Los G3, 2026-08-11): das Witwen-Fenster ist hierher gewandert

Die Wirkungsstation 1817–1821 unter der Firma „J. N. Hofmann's sel. Wwe" hing bis zum 11.08.2026 am Item ihres verstorbenen Mannes (Q4489). Weil Altfahrt die Witwe namentlich führt (Wiener Kartenmacher des 19. Jahrhunderts, Studien zur Spielkarte 3, 1990, S. 14), gehört sie nach unserer Witwen-Konvention an ein eigenes Personen-Item — und das ist dieses hier. Die Nachfolge Johann Norbert Hofmann → Anna Hofmann (1817) steht seither als Kante; das Label wurde von „Hofmann, Anna" auf die natürliche Namensform gezogen, die Registerform bleibt als Alias.

Die vorherige, grob zusammengefasste Station 1817–1822 ohne Rolle und ohne Beleg ist entfallen; sie war die Summe der beiden jetzt einzeln belegten Stationen (1817–1821 als Witwe, 1822 unter der gemeinsamen Firma mit Johann Georg Steiger).
